Global Functions


Finance is Coca-Cola European Partners largest support function, providing core financial capabilities that are essential to drive our business growth. In addition to the dedicated Commercial & Supply Chain Finance teams, we also have teams supporting across the following areas:

  • Public Affairs & Communication (PAC)
  • Treasury
  • Internal Audit
  • Investor Relations
  • European Finance and our Shared Service Centre
Our finance teams are supported by our Shared Service Centre based in Bulgaria. This is where we have our specialist accounting teams who look after all transactional activities. We also have our Centre of Expertise, which looks after Financial Planning and Performance Management.


Our HR function is built on three key focus areas:

  1. 1. HR Services, which include:
    • Employee Relations
    • First Contact Teams
    • HR Admin
    • Payroll
    • Operational Excellence
  2. 2. HR Business Partners

  3. 3. Centres of Expertise, which comprise of:
    • Labour Relations
    • Organisational Capabilities – including Talent Acquisition, Development and Management – Total Rewards
    • HR Strategic Initiatives


At Coca-Cola European Partners, technology is integral to our business and how we operate. Our structure is broken down by function into three main areas of focus:

  • Developing the IT strategy to support the overall business strategy
  • Change management organised locally along Business and Corporate Functions
  • Change management organised to support Corporate Supporting Functions


The Public Affairs and Communications function provides integral support to the organisation to drive sustainable growth, while protecting and enhancing our reputation.The function has three areas of focus:

  • Public Affairs
  • Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability
  • Communications (both Internal and External)


The legal function is a key player in Coca-Cola European Partners’ success. The purpose of the legal team is to anticipate and mitigate the legal, compliance, risk and security issues our company may face. To do so, the legal function has several areas of focus:

  • Legal Business Partnering (lawyers) in various legal domains such as competition law, employment law etc.
  • Risk Management
  • Compliance Management
  • Security Management
