Internships/Apprenticeships

If you are a student looking to experience what it is like to work for CCEP and discover our functions, you can apply for internships or apprenticeships. We don't offer them in all countries and all functions, but most of our territories will have openings for interns ranging from short term summer assignments to long term apprenticeships, either alongside or after your studies.  This is a great opportunity to put your theory in to practice and understand the business and manufacturing environments in more detail.

Graduate Sales Representatives opportunities

University Talent Programme (UTP)

UTP is Coca-Cola European Partners' graduate programme that prepares top talent for management-level roles. It is a great opportunity to benefit from a structured career track within Business Technology, Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance or Public Affairs and Communication.  

It is a 3-year programme, during which you will have several rotations in real roles, giving you the opportunity to take genuine responsibilities and have an impact on the business from day one.  If you are an ambitious high-performer excited by a fast paced environment, UTP is a great way to fast-track your career.

Business Technology Programme

In this programme, you will work on information systems projects, supporting the business in the implementation of its strategy.

The first year, you will be focusing on our Supply Chain and interact with our production sites. This will help you develop your project management skills in a pan-European context.

The second year, you will be at the heart of project design and participate in the development and deployment of solutions for our sales team.

You will consolidate these first two experiences and affirm your skills by working on the optimisation of the quality of our solutions dedicated to the sales and distribution of our products in the third year. In this context, you will be closely involved in the development of recommendations which aim to improve customer satisfaction.

In between these 3 main rotations, you will be working on short summer projects, developing your knowledge of other departments at CCEP.

Human Resources Programme

The HR programme is designed to help you acquire a strong overview of the HR function at European level and discover our various businesses.

The first year, you will join our HR Shared Services teams in Great Britain. You will develop your technical and interpersonal skills by supporting managers in their team management responsibilities. This rotation will allow you to acquire a good knowledge of our organisational structure and our people processes.

In the second and third years, you will consolidate this first experience in when working in one of our Centres of Expertise (e.g. talent, labour relations) or on an HR project.

After experiencing and delivering results in three key positions across our HR teams, you will be ready to take on a manager level role.

Sales & Marketing Programme

The first year of the programme takes place in Field Sales. This is where you will learn the core of our business by working with customers in a range of environments, building successful relationships in order to deliver objectives.

Once you have a great understanding of our customers and their businesses, you will be ready to integrate our Sales & Marketing teams, working in areas like shopper marketing, insights, category development and national accounts. There is also an opportunity to spend time at The Coca-Cola Company, to learn more about the way they work together with bottlers and manage our brands from a consumer marketing perspective.

After experiencing and delivering results in three key positions across our sales and marketing teams, you will be ready to take on a manager level role.

Supply Chain Programme

In the first two years of the programme, you will be working in our operations and manufacturing departments.

Your first rotation could be on a site as project engineer, production planner or operator technician, discovering how organisation methods and tools of Supply Chain contribute to the fact that Coca-Cola European Partners is recognized as preferred supplier by its customers.

The second year of the programme is focused on the development of your people management and relational capabilities. While you are functioning as team leader in an industrial environment, you’ll acquire knowledge of production processes, planning, quality, technical aspects and safety procedures. You’ll learn to handle technical problems and enforce safety guidelines while managing a team of people within your site and also gain understanding of our complex production process.

The final rotation will take place in Supply Chain’s central functions department or in a project team. You could participate in projects to optimise quality, to improve efficiency, to reduce environment impact or to increase the capacity of our production lines.

After experiencing and delivering results in key positions across our Supply Chain, you will be ready to take on a manager level role.

Finance Programme

This programme will focus on the development of your performance and Financial Capability within Shared Services, Commercial, Supply Chain or European Group Finance.

Your first year will help build your foundational capability in Finance within one of the above Finance disciplines.

Years two and three builds on this foundational knowledge and develops capabilities in financial and performance operations, financial management and strategy.

After experiencing and delivering results in three key positions across our Finance organisation, you will be ready prove yourself in a permanent Finance role and demonstrate that you have the potential to become a future leader in Coca-Cola European Partners.

Public Affairs and Communication Programme

The PAC programme will give you the opportunity to gain experience across four PAC disciplines – Internal Communications, External Communications, Public Affairs and CRS

In the first year you will develop foundational PAC capability in a general non-externally facing role.

The second and third years you will be exposed to a more enhanced externally focused role with real leadership visibility.#You will gain experience within Business Units and central PAC teams

After experiencing and delivering results in three key positions across our PAC teams, you will be ready to take on a manager level role.
