You need to be sure that our organisation is the right environment for you to forge a successful career, that you have the THIRST that all our people share. Ask yourself… Do you have a personality with the power to influence and connect? Can you sustain the pace to keep on growing? Will you make an impact with your desire to win?
If you can answer yes to all these questions, it's then time to decide which programme or position you are most suited to and look for opportunities via the job search tool. Carefully review the detail and check you meet all of the requirements before deciding to apply.
When you click to ‘apply’ a new window will open up and you’ll need to register your details.
There are a number of ways for you to ensure we have enough information to make a decision on your suitability for the role, but uploading a CV/resume will always be a preferred option.
In some cases there will be specific questions to answer or cover letters to prepare before you are able to submit your application.
We have a dedicated Talent Acquisition team at Coca-Cola European Partners and every vacancy is managed by a member of that team.
Your application will be reviewed and if you don’t meet the requirements, we’ll inform you by e-mail. If you do meet the requirements, a Recruiter will contact you to discuss your current circumstances, your motivations, and the contributions you’d be able to make to CCEP.
This is also your first opportunity to ask questions and confirm that the opportunity and the company are right for you.
Interviews & Assessment Centres
If you are successful at the screening stage, you’ll be invited to one of our locations to meet the team.
You can expect any one or more of the following activities: interviews, psychometric & ability testing, role plays, presentations, group exercises, commercial tasks and site or field visits; these could be combined in full day assessment centres, or split into different occasions.
All activities are designed for the team to learn more about your current ability and the potential for you to have a successful career at CCEP. Remember that it is a two way selection process – ask questions and get an understanding of everything that is important to your decision making.
University Talent Programme
The University Talent Programme application and selection process is made up of a number of steps.
In addition to your online application and screening with our Talent Acquisition team, you will be asked to complete various psychometric tests and have a face to face or telephone interview.
The top candidates will be asked to come to an assessment centre, where you get the opportunity to work on a real-life business case, which helps us learn more about your behavioral competencies and leadership skills.
At the final stage you may be asked to attend a final interview with members of our senior leadership team. This is a great opportunity to meet the sponsors of your programme and prove that you can impress people at the highest levels.
