All employees are eligible for a base salary, incentive pay, pension, death/disability/hospitalisation insurance, CCE share savings scheme, seniority allowance, free products our ‘Discount@Coke’ which gives our employees access to a range of great deals with external vendors.

In addition, depending on your job and grade you may be offered a company car with fuel benefits, meal and eco vouchers, a mobile phone, laptop and free internet at home.

You’re also offered the opportunity to buy or sell holiday as part of our flexible benefits approach.

As part of our flexible benefits scheme, you’re offered the opportunity to buy or sell holiday and buy discounted childcare and retail vouchers and our wellbeing team ensure everyone has access to a free flu vaccination every year.

In addition, depending on your job and grade you could be offered a company car or commuting allowance, representation allowance, telephone or internet allowance.

Employees without a company car can take advantage of our bicycle purchase plan and everyone has the opportunity to buy or sell holiday as part of our Time Saving Scheme.

Norway

All employees are eligible for a base salary, pension, health assistance, life assurance, disability and travel insurance, up to 20 free cases of product every year and 25 days holiday.

In addition, depending on your job and grade you could be offered a company car and free fuel, phone and broadband allowance. As part of our wellbeing commitment, we have a gym and fitness classes on site in Oslo and also provide fruit boxes twice a week.

Sweden

All employees are eligible for a base salary, pension, eyecare allowance, monthly lunch fund, coupons for free products, a free health check every other year, holiday entitlement plus a holiday fund where employees can purchase extra days holiday or receive a payout.

In addition, depending on your job and grade you could be offered a company car with free fuel, private medical insurance and mobile phone. As part of our wellbeing commitment we have a gym and personal trainers on site every day, a masseuse twice a week and for those not in Stockholm, we give coupons that can be used at gyms and pools.

We also ensure everyone has access to a free flu jab every year.
