What does a typical day look like?
No two days are ever alike at CCEP and that's why you don't get bored! They depend on what's going on with our brands and those of our customers.
My role is to develop volume and profitability in the accounts I'm responsible for, and what I have to do to achieve this is extremely varied: negotiating customer agreements, developing and setting in place development/organisational plans from the customer through to the sales team to ensure optimum execution.
What have been your biggest challenges in this role?
This year, one of my customers hosted the annual meeting of the CCEP World top management, which was a great challenge!

What is the most inspiring moment you’ve had at CCEP?
Setting in place the ski trip itinerary before the start of the ski season when I was on site in the Rhône-Alpes region: so, so much excitement and an unbelievable sense of team spirit!
How does your role work within your team and with your leaders?
The team is made up of 11 key account managers, each of whom is in charge of a portfolio of national "out of home" customers. Between us, we exchange experiences and best practices.
We have a proximity style of management at CCEP. On a day-to-day basis, we are coached on such things as negotiating.
As well as the results, we stand accountable for the relationships we have with our customers, at all levels of the company, as well as promoting exchange between top management.
What do you tell your best friend about work on a Friday evening?
Working for Coca-Cola generates a lot of curiosity and I hear the same questions over and over again from friends!
I'm always happy to answer, because I like the brands we sell, share the company's values and believe in its commitments, particularly in terms of socio-environmental responsibility.
My friends would probably say that I have a dream job!
