You need to be sure that our organisation is the right environment for you to forge a successful career, that you have the THIRST that all our people share.
Ask yourself… Do you have a personality with the power to influence and connect? Can you sustain the pace to keep on growing? Will you make an impact with your desire to win?
If you can answer yes to all these questions, it's then time to decide what area of our business your skills and experience are most suited to and look for opportunities via the job search tool. Carefully review the content of the role, its duties and responsibilities and check you meet all of the requirements before deciding to apply.
When you click to ‘apply’ a new window will open up and you’ll need to register your details.
There are a number of ways for you to ensure we have enough information to make a decision on your suitability for the role, but uploading a CV/resume will always be a preferred option.
It’s important that you demonstrate your suitability and as an experienced candidate, it’s difficult to fit everything into a concise document so you may need to tailor your CV/resume for each role.
In some cases there will be some role and/or country specific questions to answer before you are able to submit your application.
We have a dedicated Talent Acquisition team at Coca-Cola Enterprises and every vacancy is managed by a member of that team.
Your application will be reviewed and if you don’t meet the requirements, we’ll inform you by e-mail. If you do meet the requirements, a Recruiter will contact you to discuss your current circumstances, your motivations for the role, and the contributions you’d be able to make.
This is also your first opportunity to ask questions and confirm that the role and the company are right for you.
Interviews & Assessment Centres
If you are successful at the screening stage, you’ll be invited to one of our locations to meet the team.
You can expect any one or more of the following activities: interviews, psychometric & ability testing, role plays, presentations, group exercises, commercial tasks and site or field visits; these could be combined in full day assessment centres, or split into different meetings. All activities are designed for the team to learn more about your ability to perform in the role and the potential for you to have a successful career at CCE.
Remember that it is a two way selection process – ask questions and get an understanding of everything that is important to your decision making.
