Interviews & Assessment Centres
If you are successful at the screening stage, you’ll be invited to one of our locations to meet the team.
You can expect any one or more of the following activities: interviews, psychometric & ability testing, role plays, presentations, group exercises, commercial tasks and site or field visits; these could be combined in full day assessment centres, or split into different meetings. All activities are designed for the team to learn more about your ability to perform in the role and the potential for you to have a successful career at CCE.
Remember that it is a two way selection process – ask questions and get an understanding of everything that is important to your decision making.
