Total Rewards at CCE includes compensation, benefits, learning and development and work environment. These rewards are designed to align with the company's Global Operating Framework through plans and programs that recognize, develop, and reward our workforce globally.

Since CCE operates across North America and in Europe, specific rewards may differ from the rewards outlined below based on the country in which an employee works.

In addition, our workforce includes employees who are covered by collective bargaining agreements in North America and local labor agreements in Europe. These agreements govern the rewards provided to this subset of our employee base, and may differ from the rewards outlined below.

 Compensation
Our continued success depends on building our brands, enhancing our customer service and maximizing the value of our company to shareowners, and we rely on our employees to help us achieve these objectives. Our compensation program is designed to help us attract, retain and motivate our employees.

In addition to base pay or an hourly wage, employees may also be eligible to participate in incentive programs which may reward individual, group or overall company performance. Eligibility for incentives is based on an employee's role within CCE and other criteria as defined by the incentive plans.
